Creating A Multi-Use Space

The residential, mixed-use housing project is separated into two sites, divided by the intersection of Grand River Ave and Fenkel Street. Combining residential with commercial, work and retail spaces, the project creates a network for creative exchange, allowing residents to engage with multiple programs. As an interactive transitional outdoor space, a central open courtyard connects its residents and buildings.
